Weight-Loss Plateau

This article is for those who succeeded in losing some weight, but their weight-loss progress has stopped. You’re having strict nutrition, doing daily cardio, lifting weights but you can’t drop a pound anymore ? In this article I’ll help you out ! Before I start, I’d like to let you know that the less fats you have in your body, the harder it gets to cut it off !

That's because your body tries to preserve some fat in order to stay alive and use this fat for energy if needed. So its normal to hit a plateau if you’re following the same routine for long time.

Example :
Lets say, you’re having 2000kcal a day when your weight is 70kg, and that allows you to drop 300 grams of fat a week. This will be since you hit 65kg (for example) and then, your body will stop losing weight. So, if you’d like to keep losing weight you’ll need to either increase your cardio session or reduce the calorie intake. So its up to you. You got it ? Hope you find my article interesting.
