
In this article i’ll represent you a great street fitness workout for beginners. To start this program you should be able to do at least 5 pull ups and 5 dips. Okay, lets start.
Warm up:
Warming up is extremely important before doing ANY workout ! Your warm up consist of 5 minutes of really light jogging followed by a little bit of stretching and 1-3 sets of knee push ups. Okay, now you can go to the work out.
Workout :
3 sets of dips. As many dips as you can in set. Rest 60 seconds between sets. After you finish your third set, rest 2-3 minutes and do : 2 sets of Wide grip pull ups and 2 sets of chin ups. Again, 60 sec rest between sets and as many reps as you can in each set. At last, when you’re done with the pull ups and the chin ups, its time to go to the push up. Do 2 sets of max rep push ups with different hand position in each set. And thats eat ! Now go home and have your meal !
