How to make training rings

Hello friends ! If you have ever asked yourself how could you make some training rings this article is for you! The training rings are 1 good thing to add to any of your workouts and they provide you a great amount of exercises wich are just as good for advanced as for beginner trainees! The only negative thing about them is that they are expensive, but in this article im going to show you how you can make some for less than 10 bucks! Lets do it!

This is how my rings look like :


Things that you will need:
1. 2x70cm PVC pipes, F25 or the desired thickness that you will need.
2. Sand
3. Duct tape
4. 2×1 meter thin ropes (strings)
5. A cooking stove (oven)
6. Strong ropes
7. Aluminium foil A circular item with diameter of 18 cm. (cookie plates, cooking plates etc)

How to make them:
1. Get 1 meter of string trough each of the pipes (15centimeters of string should lay out from each side of the pipe)
2. Take the 2 pipes, than roll some duct tape on each of the two ends of the pipe.
3. Fill the pipes with sand.
4. Than you slap on some duct tape on the other side of the pipe , and fill it with more sand, the pieces of string should lay out from each ends of the pipes, and each end should be covered with duct tape.
5. Place preasure on the pipes and connect the 2 pieces of string from each of the sides, so the pipe will make an U shape.
6. Place the pipe in a pre-heat 180 degrees C. Under the pipe there must be aluminium foil!
7. Take out the pipe, and place it in the circular objest (circular cookie tray, or something like that) , that way when it is hot the pipe will take the shape of the circular objest, and it will be easy to bend. Wait untill it gets cold, or just pour some cold water over it. And there you go! you just made yourself some training rings! Expecting your comments in the comment box below.
